Growing up, I wasn't the most gifted of athletes. In high school, I discovered the power of strength and conditioning. Through countless hours in the gym and a obsession with getting better, I was able to improve my performance and get recruited to Frostburg State University's D3 Men's Lacrosse team. My focused continued to be on getting stronger, faster, and more capable on the field. After a strong freshman season, I took a leap of faith; transferring to Marquette University and walking on to the inaugural Division 1 Men's Lacrosse team. Following my collegiate career, my passion for Sports Performance training only grew and I found myself wanting more for my career. After two years of training clients after hours, I left my Technology Sales job in 2020 to focus on human performance training full-time, completing a Masters' Degree in Exercise Science, and receiving the CSCS certification through the NSCA.
